Colin Murphy
President
I've been a full-time real estate investor since 2007 and have personally bought and sold more than 1,000 single-family homes and vacant lots. I built CGM Land to help people find and purchase the right piece of land, whether for building a home, investing, or creating a legacy for their family.
I work directly with every buyer and seller we do business with. Many of our buyers are making important, long-term decisions, and we're here to guide them through the process with clarity, confidence, and care. Whether you're looking for a place to build, invest, or simply own a piece of Florida, we’re committed to making that journey smooth, secure, and rewarding.
Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, traveling and generally trying to keep up with my wife and teenage children.
Shella Rodejo
Lead Manager
With several years of experience as a real estate assistant, I specialize in helping land buyers by keeping our systems organized, responding quickly to inquiries, and making sure every property detail is accurate and up to date. I enjoy getting to know our buyers and helping them feel informed and confident as they move toward a purchase.
What I love most about my role is making the land-buying process smooth and stress-free. It’s not just about getting a deal done, it’s about making sure buyers feel supported and excited about their investment.
Outside of work, I enjoy creative styling like new hairstyles and nail designs, as well as spending quality time with friends and family.
Jen Santos
Lead Manager
I bring over 5 years of experience in real estate, from lead generation and running comps to negotiating offers and supporting our acquisitions team. I especially enjoy working with land buyers, learning what they’re looking for, answering questions, and helping them find the right property.
No two days are the same in this role, and that’s what keeps it exciting. Most of all, I’m proud to be part of a team that helps buyers turn their vision into reality, whether it’s building a home, investing, or just owning a piece of land for the future.
In my free time, I love reading, trying out new recipes, and catching up with friends and family.
Johnry Balae
Data Manager
I manage our data systems, direct mail, and digital marketing campaigns, making sure land buyers have access to accurate property information and timely updates. With a background in quality assurance and analytics, I focus on automation and process efficiency so our team can deliver a smooth, transparent experience for every buyer.
I’m passionate about clarity, consistency, and continuous improvement, all of which help CGM Land make the buying process easier, faster, and more rewarding. When I’m not optimizing systems, I’m usually exploring new foods, gaming, or planning my next travel adventure.
